Dr. Belamri has over 18 years of experience in the fields of CFD and Aeroacoustics. He has considerable technical experience relating to the application of CFD for various design and optimization problems, and has extensive knowledge in the fields of aeroacoustics and tubomachinery design. He is responsible for providing overall technical direction and leadership on CFD and aeroacoustics modeling projects, ensuring that a sound technical product and a high level of service are provided.
Prior to the current position, Thabet worked at Novus Environmental as a senior consultant, providing solutions to all CFD and aeroacoustics related problems.
Before joining Novus, Thabet worked at ANSYS CANADA Ltd from 2001 to 2009 as a senior development and application specialist. ANSYS CANADA Ltd is a world leader in the development of Engineering Software, its main products being ANSYS CFX, ANSYS Fluent and ANSYS Mechanical.
Thabet’s experience also includes academic positions as a Research Fellow within the Turbo-machinery and CFD Design Group at Cranfield University and an Academic Visitor in the Dynamics Group at Imperial College. He completed his Ph.D and Postdoctoral research program at Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts et Metiers in Paris, France. He has authored and co-authored over 50 publications for various technical journals and conferences.

Mr. Armand Naderi is an experienced engineering and environmental management professional having managed and completed numerous projects over the past twenty-two years in the areas of: wastewater and potable water treatment, plant design, air emissions inventory, modeling, and design of pollution control systems, environmental site assessment and remediation / restoration; environmental compliance and facility decommissioning, asbestos management, designated substances survey, and integrated management systems for environmental and health & safety development.Mr Naderi has managed a number of overseas projects in the oil and gas sector, including the installation and commissioning of ambient air quality monitoring stations, reverse osmosis plant design in Canada, the Middle East, Europe, and the Caribbean.
Mr. Naderi holds a Bachelor and Master degrees in Chemical Engineering from the university of Toronto. He is also a Qualified Person for Environmental Site Assessment (QPESA) in the province of Ontario and a member of the professional engineers of Ontario. |

Mr. Mourad Djendi is a licensed mechanical engineer and LEED accredited professional with more than 30 years of experience in the field of HVAC design, and is involved in all level of project management and design.
Mourad began his career at Skidmore and Owings & Merrill and then worked at different firms. Mr. Djendi has worked on a wide variety of domestic and international projects and has led the design on projects such as: O’Hare Joint Venture rental car and Public parking facility (CONRAC) at O’Hare International Airport in Chicago; Umma Al Qura , a new 10 million sf university in Mecca, Saudi Arabia; United Center Stadium, 22,000 Seat , 1 million sf Basketball and Hockey stadium in Chicago; Stroger County Hospital, 1.2 million sf 500 beds hospital in Chicago. Mourad holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering and a master degree in business administration, both from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago |
